As Vem İlaç, we operate in the Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone, within an 8,000 m² indoor area established on a 21,000 m² site. Our production facilities, which became operational in 2013, contribute to the healthcare sector with modern manufacturing processes.

Our site includes: a main production building with non-sterile solid, semi-solid and liquid lines, as well as sterile ampoule, vial, lyophilized, pre-filled syringe and powder injectable lines; an inhaler & ophthalmic building housing BFS lines; a hormones building; a penem & penicillin building; and biotechnology & oncology production buildings. In addition to production areas, there are quality control laboratories, a high-bay warehouse, administrative offices, and social facilities.

Our facilities are designed in compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and feature state-of-the-art equipment with innovative layout details. With systems such as one-way material flow, we ensure production processes run in the most efficient and safe way.

To guarantee quality at every stage, our plant operates an effective Quality Assurance system. From starting materials to finished products, production and control are carried out in accordance with cGMP.

In addition, our R&D center—approved by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology—continues to develop products that will contribute to the Turkish pharmaceutical industry with a team of more than 40 scientists.
